• If your local device hardware clock or Network Time Protocol (NTP) daemon is desynchronized, running fast, or lagging, display readings may exhibit minor variances relative to atomic time.
• Users are encouraged to verify critical events against official national standard time bureaus when absolute precision is required.

2. Calendar Observances, Business Days & Regional Variations

LongUntil provides automated calculations for total calendar days, remaining Monday–Friday business workdays, and cultural historical milestones.

• Public & Bank Holidays: Working day counts filter standard Saturday and Sunday weekends. Official state, national, bank, or municipal holidays vary widely by country, territory, and employer, and may not be factored into generic business day totals.
• Astronomical & Seasonal Markers: Solstice, equinox, and circadian angles represent standard Northern/Southern hemisphere calculations and may vary by a calendar day based on specific celestial longitude and time zone boundaries.
• Daylight Saving Time (DST): Timezone adjustments are applied according to standard IANA timezone database rules. Local governmental changes to DST schedules may alter offsets.

3. Limitation of Liability & “As Is” Provision

The software, calculators, countdown timers, and information on LongUntil are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
